Les Parapluies de Cherbourg
1964 Jacques Remy "film in song" featuring Catherine Denueve and Nino Castelnuovo and a score by Michel Legrand. "The Umbrellas of Cherbourg" is a film that defies classification. The viewer is encouraged to experience it for oneself. The one undeniable claim I can make is that it is achingly beautiful.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show
The 1975 cult classic - the zenith of all cult movies, The Rocky Horrow Picture Show. The one and only punk rock opera.
Damn Yankees
The 1958 film version of the 1955 Tony Award Winning play, Damn Yankees. Damn Yankees is the Adler and Ross update to Goethe's masterpiece play, Faust. Stanley Donen directs Tab Hunter, Ray Walston and Gwen Verdon with choreography by Bob Fosse. "Goodbye, Old Girl" in the opening scene of the show is among the most endearing of all love ballads in musical theater. We will present Damn Yankees as a follow-up to a presentation of the Faust opera.

This musical introduced the greatest song of Americana lore, "Ol' Man River", sung mangificently by William Warfield. Other memorable numbers are: "Make Believe" and "Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man".

Tea - A Mirror of Soul
2002 Live recording at Suntory Hall, Japan. Sung in Chinese, with various sub-title languages available including English. Set in ancient Kyoto, Japan, the opera opens with a traditional Japanese tea ceremony led by a monk who drinks from an empty cup. The opera recounts the monk's love story that explains the empty cup of tea.
